Michael
Sheridan, the founder and CEO of NRCS Inc., opened the first NRCS
office in Sudbury, Ontario in 1992. NRCS currently has 18 assessment/disability
case management locations, including 13 in Ontario (Windsor, Hamilton,
2 in Mississauga, Toronto, Barrie, Ottawa, Kingston, North Bay,
Sudbury, Timmins, Sault Ste Marie, Thunder Bay), 2 in Saskatchewan
(Regina, Saskatoon), 2 in Alberta (Calgary, Edmonton), and 1 in
British Columbia (Burnaby).
Our corporate goal and mandate
is to promote the optimum recovery for the injured and disabled
through a pro-active approach to disability management. As the largest,
privately owned national disability management company in Canada,
NRCS Inc. remains committed to continuous quality improvement.
Our diverse client base, including
insurance companies, employers and government entities continue
to utilize our services because we employ objective and professional
staff, including Registered Nurses, Certified Kinesiologists, Occupational
Therapists and Rehabilitation Consultants. These professionals all
maintain their certification within their regulating/governing bodies.
In addition, NRCS Inc. expects and supports all consultants to participate
in continuing education to ensure they are current with the trends
in both legislation and rehabilitation innovations.
